It’s a cold, winter’s day here today. The fire is going and the rain seems to have set in for the day. Seems to me a day to try out this soup recipe.
Modifications I made were:
– 4c chicken stock
– 2 dsp tapioca flour
– 3 eggs
Tips for next time:
– tapioca flour only likes to dissolve into cold liquids, not warm!
Would totes make again. Yum, and fast.
